Purposes

To respond to enquiries; to provide financial planning and advisory services; to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a firm licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia, including anti-money-laundering obligations; and, with your consent, to send you updates about our services.

Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be disclosed to regulators where required by law, and to product providers strictly as needed to implement your financial plan with your instruction.

Your rights

Data breaches

In the event of a personal data breach causing or likely to cause significant harm, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner and affected individuals in accordance with the law.
